Real smiles. Real emotions. Real laughter. Real life.

At every single portrait session we strive to capture more than just how you look. Our goal is to tell a story. The story of you. The story of your family. Who you are today, right now. Silly three year olds are allowed, and encouraged, to be silly. Moody teenagers are never asked to say cheese.

Family portraiture has come a long way in the past few years and there is nobody more excited about that than us! Whether you are just starting your family, up to your ears in PB&J or sending your babies off to college soon, we're here to capture the moments you'll be looking back on for a lifetime.

So relax, be yourselves and get ready to have some fun!

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Do you offer framing?
  • Absolutely! The main goal of any session is to get your images on your walls. We have many choices for this. We offer custom, hand-made frames in a rainbow of colors and shapes. You could also choose our ready to hang options such at gallery wrap canvases or float wraps. No matter what you choose, we know that you will smile every time you look at your wall portrait.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept all credit cards, cash, checks and also offer payment plans.

  • When do I get to see my images and place my order?
  • Approximately two weeks after your session we will get together for your viewing and ordering appointment. We will start with a multi-media presentation where you can sit, relax and enjoy your custom images. We will then work together to sift and sort the images until you have selected your favorites. We then look at which products will best match your image selections to complete the process. Please plan on one to two hours for this meeting. It is vital to have all decision makers present and we do ask that young children have a babysitter so that your full attention can be on selecting images and placing your order.

  • When will my products be ready to bring home?
  • We do strive to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible, but custom work does take time. You can typically expect to receive your products within three to five weeks.

  • How long do you keep my files?
  • Images will be retained for 30 days. If no order has been placed by then, images will be deleted. Ordered images are archived for one year.

  • What if I need to reschedule?
  • We understand that things come up and sometimes it is necessary to reschedule. We ask that you give us as much advance notice as is possible. We allow a one time rescheduling at no charge.

  • When do I pay and what does it cover?
  • You will pay your sitting fee at the time of booking. This holds your spot on the calendar and covers the photgrapher's time during the session and post processing. We ask for a minimum of 50% payment for products at the time of ordering. The balance must be paid in full before any items leave the studio. Once the down payment has been made, nothing can be removed from the order and there will be no refunds, as we are producing custom artwork and products.

  • Do you ship items?
  • If it's not convenient for you to pick up your products, we are happy to ship them to you for the cost of shipping.

  • What if I want to make a copy of my image?
  • All images are copyright of Buckett Photography and federal law prohibits reproduction in any manner without specific written permission.
